Welcome to OK Clone Company. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all sales of hemp clones, CBD flower, and related products.

Important Notice: Hemp clones and live plants are living agricultural products. Their health and viability may be affected by shipping conditions, environmental stress, and individual cultivation practices. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Hemp Clone & Live Plant Policy

All hemp clones and live plants are considered final sale. Due to biosecurity regulations and agricultural compliance standards, we cannot accept returns once plants have been delivered.

If your plants arrive in poor condition, you must:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of packaging and plants
Keep plants in original packaging until reviewed

If verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

2. CBD Flower

Unopened CBD flower products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if:

The product remains sealed and unopened
The original packaging is intact
The item has not been tampered with

For safety and compliance reasons, opened CBD flower products cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the packaging and products

After review, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

4. Shipping & Environmental Risk

We take care to package all products securely. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by:

Shipping delays beyond our control
Improper handling after delivery
Customer cultivation practices
Local climate or environmental conditions

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing may take 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours

6. Legal Compliance

All hemp products sold comply with applicable federal regulations requiring less than 0.3% THC where legally mandated. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local, state, and international laws regarding hemp cultivation and CBD products.
